Est., Witheridge, Tiverton, Devon EX16 8TA Accounts: Account Customers placing orders of £500 or above and making payment with their order will be given a 5% discount New customers will be required to pay on a proforma basis for their first order. On the completion and acceptance of a credit application, subsequent orders will be on an account basis. Account payments become due 30 days after invoice date. Severely overdue accounts will be passed over to a credit control company at the expense of the account holder and will be charged at 8% above base rate, commencing from the due date of payment. Carriage: Orders over £120 (Fabrications cards) £350 (Textiles) are delivered free of charge within mainland UK. Carriage charge at £10 on all orders totalling less than the values above (ex VAT) If your order is under carriage paid because items are out of stock we will phone you to discuss replacements. Minimum order: £60 (Fabrications cards) / £100 (Textiles) for trade customers only Despatch: Usually within 10 working days or on future specified dates according to customers requirements Payment : can be made by cheque, credit card or BACS payment. VAT charged at current rate on all orders to UK customers. Damage or Shortfall: Notification of damages or shortage of goods is required within 3 days of delivery. EXPORT ORDERS Payment on a proforma basis by bank draft or credit card. EU Customers: VAT number required or UK VAT will be charged. Outside EU: Exempt from VAT All goods remain the property of Moore and Moore until paid for in full |
